 Glaze and Decorating
                            Club Members only.                            Fee.$325.00  plus $25.00 for supplies
Prerequisite: hand building or pottery wheel level one
Further exploration of glazing and decorating the use of Transfers,   including Majolica, at cone 6, coloured slips, white glaze,  layered glazing techniques, application and the use of under glazes, and over glazes  techniques, Crawling glazes and undercoats. critiques. Expect to have homework too!   
Students are given 10 pounds of various clays to work with in class Students must have a minimum of ten bisque pieces.  
Using under glazes, coloured slip, white liner glazes, how to glaze various size pieces i.e. containers, plates, tea pots, platters, lidded containers. Working with cold wax and wax resist. Must have an minimum of 10 pieces of bisque ware plus we make more pottery in class.

This class runs from  class 1,Mon. Oct 28, class 2, Nov. 4,

There is a cancellation  fee of $105.00 four weeks prior to the start of any class.

From 5:30-7:30 max 5 pieces of pottery
Two classes, One with Mother of Pearl and various lustres                and one with Gold, up to 5 of medium size pieces of pottery            All classes are subject to tax.
